1. Where do our fresh pork comes from?

 

Our fresh pork comes from the pigs that were imported daily from Bulan Island, Indonesia. We engaged authorised personnel to bid the live pigs during auction and slaughtered locally before delivery to the market for sale.

 

2. Where do our frozen pork comes from?

 

Our frozen pork come from the direct distributor who imports frozen related products from various countries including Brazil and Germany.

 

3. What is the minimum order for free delivery?

 

We deliver for free for orders SGD$80 (after discounts) and above.

 

For orders below SGD$80, a flat rate of SGD$8 will be incurred for island wide delivery within mainland Singapore (excluding Jurong Island, Tuas and Pulau Ubin).

 

With the rising fuel cost, we try to maintain the delivery fee as low as possible while optimising and planning the delivery routes based on the number of deliveries for the day. As a result, we are unable to accommodate for any time specific requests.

 

4. When is the cut off time for next day delivery?

 

Be default, we provide next-day delivery (except Mondays and days where market will be closed for quarterly routine spring cleaning), from 10 am to 4 pm if orders are made by 10 am the day before.

 

5. What if I need the items to be delivered on a specific timing, are they other options available?

 

You might want to consider arranging for a third-party courier service to pick the items or self pick up from my stall. The details are as shown:

6. What if I would like to make some requests?

 

If you have any special requests, you may add them to your note before checkout. We will get in touch with should there be any further clarifications on your requests. Otherwise, you may also drop us a text @ +65 8895 0149 before check out. While we will try our very best to accede to your requests, we seek your kind understanding that not all requests will be fulfilled.

 

7. Can I request for portioning?

 

We might not be able to further portion the items apart from the stipulated weight (500g or 1kg) as shown in the product details. However, we can provide a couple of small plastic bags for you to portion at home.

 

8. What if I would like to have fresh or frozen pork items that were not listed on your website?
