Delivery Policy

Delivery Cost

We deliver for free for orders SGD$100 (after discounts) and above.

For orders below SGD$100, a flat rate of SGD$10 will be incurred for island wide delivery within mainland Singapore (excluding Jurong Island, Tuas and Pulau Ubin).

With the rising fuel cost, we try to maintain the delivery fee as low as possible by optimising and planning the delivery routes based on the number of deliveries for the day. Thus, we are unable to accommodate for any time specific requests.

Delivery Schedule

Be default, we provide next-day delivery (except Mondays and days where market will be closed for quarterly routine spring cleaning), from 10 am to 4 pm if orders are made by 10 am the day before. You may also list your desired date for delivery (except Monday and days where market are closed) under the comment session in delivery method tab when checking out. Please ensure there are people at home to receive the items as we won’t be leaving your order outside your house especially these are perishable items. Our drivers will get in touch either through phone call or text message to let you know when he/she is on the way to you next. In the event where there is a delay in delivery due to vehicle breakdown or other unforeseen circumstances, our drivers will inform you at the earliest. 

Packaging

We take pride in ensuring our items remain fresh when delivered to you and we will pack on the date of delivery. Our items will be vacuum packed and delivered either in styrofoam boxes or cooler bags coupled with non-toxic ice packs to keep fresh.
