Return
Return options are not available as our items are
fresh perishables.
Refund
a)
We will inform you as soon as possible should your item is not available due to
availability or freshness during our preparation. Items that are not delivered
will be refunded back to you via the original payment method within 3 working
days.
b)
Alternatively, you may also opt for the unavailable item to be
exchanged with another product. For exchange with product of lesser value, a
refund will be made. For exchange with product of higher value, a top up will
be required.
c)
In the undesirable event should you received your items in unsatisfactory
conditions, please contact us either @ +65 8895 0149 or admin@sellmeatone.com with a photo taken on the items on
the same day of delivery.
d) We seek your kind understanding
that we will not be responsible for any deteriorations of product quality after
the day of delivery as it may be due to improper storage or handling.
